First of all, congrats! ! This service consists of up to two hours of coverage for one couple. This can be in the form of a posed shoot, or with the photographer at a distance to secretly capture the moment you propose.
Disclaimer: A surcharge may be applicable if the photographer has to be located some distance from the couple while proposing. This will be location and preference dependent, but telephoto lenses may have to be rented to get proper coverage for your special moment.
